Smoke get in your eyes…

Today, I do dishes, repot my Wormwood and after all the cleaning is done……..I’m not going to rest until I get past that stupid Chamber of Immolation. (damn thing!)

I bought a crock pot today…it will henceforth be known as “Beth’s Cauldron” it is exactly what I need. I just prep it before I go to work and then when I get home I have food or… if I am opening, I goto work, get home, prep the pot, then after my nap I eat. Hooray for food!

I have made a recent discovery, apparently I am not hideously deformed as I once thought, possibly even attractive….(if you go in for that sort of thing). As I was carrying my potatoes home from IGA random stranger A sidles up beside me and asked me if I had far to go with my groceries. Unfortunately I was almost home so I told him I appreciated his offer and he told me he’d see me around. Normal for some, bizarre incident for me.

I was trying to find a copy of this movie I had seen at the store yesterday that starred Peter Lorre, (looking it up on the IMDB it was called Quicksand and he also appears in My Favourite Brunette as well which i didn’t know) but I couldn’t find it. Instead, I managed to get my hands on a copy of “My Favourite Brunette” it is one of my favourite movies but I’m not going to tell you who it stars (aside from Mr.Lorre) because it’ll cause you to have a bias picture of the movie if you haven’t seen it. I keep thinking it’s supposed to be a parody but something tells me (because it’s been a while since I’ve seen it) that it’s actually darker than that.

I also got a movie called Suddenly, starring Frank Sinatra. The plot seems interesting if nothing else and for how much I paid for it i won’t feel badly if it is horrible and I never watch it again (I don’t think that’ll be the case however).

I just found the one movie I HAVE TO OWN! It’s Roger Corman’s The Raven, not only is it loosely based on the Edgar Allen Poe poem (which you know means trouble) it also stars a heavy-weight cast such as Peter Lorre, Vincent Price, Boris Karloff and Jack Nicholson! Even if it’s horrible it’ll be awesome to watch these stars try to pull it out of the fire.

I’ve got to stop watching Doctor Who while I’m painting
