As we are wrapping up Fall and heading into winter soon, it’s time for another update.
I’ve been bouncing back and forth a lot this year as I am still trying to get used to shifting between writing, editing and comic creating. It’s been a slow go, but I now have a plan on what I am working on.
Comics
These are the easy area because I have been self-publishing them for so long. However, I have been missing a lot of opportunities here. I have just finished up the comic pages for this year’s webpages.
In November I will be working on the pages for the first part of 2019 and then settling into some script writing as well as adapting some scripts from novels.
Then in December (which I have affectionately nicknamed Digital December) I will be formatting my comics for some new digital and print markets! I’ll let you all know about this as I finish them.
Writing
I’m currently working on an outline for The Sword of Justice as part of structurally editing the manuscript. As of this writing, I am currently a quarter of the way through. Once I’m done outlining I will be sending it off to my editor and then it’s going to go on the backburner for a couple of months while I work on scripts and editing other pieces.
In my pie in the sky hopes, I would like to be able to release an anthology of short stories. Although, realistically, it likely won’t be ready until Spring of 2020.
Wrapping Up
So that’s pretty much what I’ve been working on and what I will be working on until the end of the year. I hope to be able to give you another update soon as I head into winter, talk to you soon!
